			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class=""><p><strong>St. Hilda â€“ St. Patrick seeks a middle school youth leader.</strong> The duties of this position include building a faith formation program and developing a church community for middle school youth, ensure that this program is both fun and safe, and work with the Vicar and Music Director to integrate this program into the larger life of the congregation.</p>
<p>We seek a person who is passionate and has experience working with youth and has good communication skills. The position is approximately 5-6 hours per week or 30 hours per month. The compensation is $12 per hour or approximately $360 per month. The position is responsible to the Vicar. References and background check are required. There will be a gala dinner, an auction (silent and live). The costs are: $125 per person, includes dinner, cocktails and the program. If you want to participate as an Evangelist, the cost is $175. If you prefer to participate as a Saint, the cost is $225. If you are unable to attend, donations are gladly accepted. The Bishops&#8217; Benefit Bash has set a goal of raising $200,000, mostly from the auction part of the Bash, with proceeds to be split equally between these two important mission campaigns. Your support is invited as an attendee, donor, auction item provider, volunteer, or any other way you want to help.
