Using Our Facilities

“What a beautiful space!” said one bride. “There are so many options for us.”

Another said, “I can’t wait to be married here!”

These are some of the reactions of brides-to-be when they visit St. Hilda. St. Patrick while looking for a beautiful space for their weddings.

The church building and Peace Garden are available for private weddings and receptions and for public programs that benefit the local community. The Sanctuary can seat up to 200 for weddings or concerts. The Parish Hall has enough room for a buffet, refreshment tables, and small tables for seating. There is a large kitchen, with two stoves, dishwashers and refrigerators. We also have a Special Services Coordinator who can assist you with your event arrangements.

We currently open our doors to several community groups on various evenings: AA, Al-Anon, a Camp Fire Group and Boy Scout Troop 123 (see the Calendar for details on when these groups meet. These groups are willing to make accommodations for special events. We also share our facility with one other congregation - The Expedition Church, which meets Sunday evenings.

Our facilities are also available for musical, theatrical productions, or dance recitals. We have a sound system. There are three Sunday school rooms, as well as a nursery .

We offer moderate usage fees to cover the cost of electricity and janitorial, and have reasonable usage guidelines.

Church $165 (church member) $275 (non-member)
Parish Hall $ 85 (church member) $200 (non-member)

Use of other rooms is negotiable.
