You are invited to participate in the second annual “Immigrant” Justice Prayer Walk on Saturday, May 16 at 12 p.m.
Prayer will begin at St. Luke’s in Ballard and walking 2.5 miles, stopping at Commodore Park for a Coast Salish water ceremony and finishing at Daybreak Star for food and cultural sharing. The diocese is honored to be an event sponsor and part of the organizing coalition of indigenous, environmental, and other community-centered groups.
There will be van transportation between stops for any who need a ride and interpretation, security, and de-escalation will be provided throughout. All are welcome and feel free to join for any part!
